The Alpha Atlanta Education Foundation (AAEFI) was established with a singular vision: to ensure that education remains accessible and attainable for future generations. The origins of the foundation are deeply rooted in a commitment to supporting youth during critical times in their lives. Established in 1985 by a group of civic, community, and fraternal men who understood that making a difference in the world required initiative, AAEFI began its journey with a mission to provide scholarships and tuition assistance to high school and college students, many of whom were poor and underprivileged. The founders also recognized the importance of preparing students for college and life beyond, and thus, the foundation began offering workshops on leadership and other essential subjects.

Over the years, the Alpha Atlanta Education Foundation has grown into a catalyst for positive change, fostering philanthropy and community engagement. Through the generosity of donors and the dedication of its leadership, the foundation has raised resources to support education at all levels.
